Ilya worked on several SaaS products in our B2B2C product portfolio. His focus has been on B2B2C and B2C SaaS growth. Straightforwardly, his work significantly contributed to the growth of our product portfolio. One of his main achievements was doubling the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) on one of our SaaS products, significantly expanding its runway which catalyzed its ability to grow. He also led operations for scaling that same product, including the development of an effective go-to-market strategy that targeted new segments. That said, Ilya built additional funnels targeting new audiences. His ability to identify underused segments also contributed positively to our company's bottom line.
As a team member, Ilya was always ready to contribute to our collective goals and consistently met lofty KPIs he set for himself. He had a knack for identifying product limitations and suggesting these as roadmap additions, which has been beneficial in improving our SaaS products. Furthermore, Ilya has shown key competence in performance marketing (media buying) and business development. While it's a shame that Ilya seeks out greener pastures, he was an incredibly valuable asset to our team.
