ElevenYellow

For the past years, I have been a part of a startup studio called ElevenYellow. We are developing pretty cool stuff. In most cases, we develop projects that no one else would typically touch, and we are never afraid to get our hands dirty. We are about 40 people based all over the world. I can't get into specifics regarding the projects simply because I have signed an NDA, but I can tell you what I am doing at EY.

Everything from the initial brainstorming of ideas to a full-on execution. Working alongside very talented designers, marketers, developers, and biz devs. While my focus is Growth Marketing ( Growth Hacking ), both black and white hat hehe, I also act as a project manager overseeing all the steps of project development as well as some other chores that include but are not limited to copywriting, wireframing, and many other things that I don't want to bore you with.

Most things are totally self-funded, and we operate with a profit share scheme. We like testing things with the least amount of money spent. Then, if it clicks and starts gaining traction, we go all in. TBH, that is the only approach I respect. That's the way it should be done, don't you think?
