HireLens

HireLens is the engine room. Underneath Web3Vacancy and Aipplify there's a serious data pipeline — Elasticsearch, Temporal workflows, a Fastify API — that pulls from hundreds of live sources, dedupes and normalises everything, and scores each signal with AI. HireLens is that engine turned into a product in its own right.

Instead of just listing jobs, it reads the market: which roles are heating up, where the hiring is actually happening, how comp is moving across web3, crypto and tech. Every signal scored, every trend mapped, in real time.

It's the least flashy thing I've built and probably the most valuable — once you own the data layer, every board, alert and analytics view sitting on top of it is almost free.
