I WON WTF

Why

Some projects start with a business case. This one started with "what if losing a coinflip was at least funny?" iwon.wtf is my pet project: a crypto mini-games arcade with dice, crash, plinko, mines, coinflip, roulette and friends. The flagship is Sweet Bonanza — a pays-anywhere slot with cascading multipliers and free spins.

What's inside

Every game is provably fair with verifiable seeds, the whole thing runs as a snappy web app (Telegram Mini App included), and there's a full admin and partner portal behind the curtain. I use it as a playground for game feel: animations, sound design, the little details that make a button press satisfying.

Where it's at

Live at iwon.wtf. No grand roadmap, no pitch deck. It exists because building it is fun, and that is reason enough.
