The problem

Hiring in crypto is broken on both sides. Job seekers wade through ghost listings and reposts; recruiters drown in applicants who've never touched a testnet. I'd lived it firsthand running @web3talent and years of hiring in crypto.

What I built

Web3Vacancy — a full-blown blockchain job board where everything I learned from @web3talent, years of hiring, and a decade of growth hacking came together. Thousands of live web3 vacancies on one side, a vetted pool of 900+ crypto-native professionals on the other.

Job seekers get a smart feed that actually understands crypto roles, weekly alerts, salary data (including estimates where companies stay quiet), and a profile recruiters can actually find. Recruiters get AI-powered search, candidate unlocks, and access plans — payable by card or crypto, naturally. I run the whole thing: product, growth, SEO, the LLM pipeline that cleans and classifies every listing, programmatic landing pages, transactional email, payments — all of it.
