igamingjobs

The gap
iGaming hires constantly and hires strangely. Affiliate managers, media buyers, CRM and VIP teams, payments and compliance people: roles that barely exist outside the industry and that generalist boards have no idea how to classify. The hiring mostly happens through private Telegram chats and word of mouth, which works fine until you are the one outside the chat.
What I built
igamingjobs is a board built around how the industry actually splits its work. Casino and sportsbook, affiliate and acquisition, media buying, CRM and VIP, B2B sales and account management, data and BI, plus the engineering behind the platforms. 460+ open roles across 215+ operators and suppliers, remote and on-site, updated daily.
It was the first board I cloned off the core engine after Web3Vacancy, and it proved the thesis: once the data layer exists, a credible vertical board is days of work rather than months. jobla and AIVacancy both followed the same path.
