@web3talent

Hiring in crypto is anything but simple. Post a job, and normies with zero relevant experience still flood every listing. I have been hiring for years, and the routine never changes: publish a role, sift through hundreds of applications looking for someone who actually knows what a testnet is, schedule interviews, chase replies. So much hustle meh…
Real crypto people live on Telegram. Anyone serious in Web3 has a handle there, and project founders spend half their day in group chats. That insight sparked @web3talent (technically @web3talentbot because attaching a purchased handle on Fragment costs 1 000 TON, go figure lol)
Crypto-native professionals create a profile through the bot. I verify their claims, and only then does the profile go live. Recruiters, founders, and HR teams open Web3Talent, filter the pool, bookmark candidates they like, and pay in TON or Stars to unlock each candidate's Telegram handle. Every profile is vetted, so the platform becomes a large, trusted talent pool that makes finding the right person seamless instead of painful.
My Telegram ads are still in review. Reddit and BlackHatWorld warn that approvals take days, so patience is part of the launch plan, apparently. Once the ads clear, and talent gets onboarded, the marketing push will shift toward founders and hiring teams. Should be good.
