The gap
Most remote job boards are developer job boards wearing a costume. Filter engineering out and you are left with a thin list and a lot of dead links. Meanwhile the marketer, the support lead, the ops manager and the recruiter all want to work remotely too, and almost nobody is serving them properly.
What I built
jobla is a remote board with the developers deliberately taken out. Community, marketing, support, sales, design, HR, ops, finance, legal, content: everything except the roles the rest of the internet already covers twice over. Salaries shown wherever they exist, and every listing points straight at the employer, so no recruiter sits in the middle of the conversation.
850+ open roles, updated daily, around a third of them senior or lead. Same story as the other boards: it runs on the HireLens engine, so a whole new vertical ships in days.
